Daisy Doodle Paper Arts

I created this card for the MFT Sketch Challenge #363.  I used the brand new bundle from Stampin' Up!, Petal Palette Bundle (includes Petals and More dies), pages 23-24 of the 2018 Occasions Catalog.  I will be filming a video showing a few card samples plus all the images and die cuts.  Its really nice.  Originally I did not order this, I thought the lines looked thick, and its the most expensive bundle,  but I'm impressed.  I did order the card pack, Petal Passion Memories & More, so its on its way to me.   The large flower stamp from Petal Palette is amazing!  For this card, I used Calypso Coral and Whisper White for the base and did a gradient color wash.  Then I stamped the dots.  The slanted paper is from a Recollections paper pad called, C'est La Vie, its French and its so adorable.  As of now, its still available for purchase.  I don't know what the pattern is called, but its very French.  I cut a small scallop rectangle and the label (from the die

YouTube Video for these two cards: https://youtu.be/3giaOLZIZWE I created these two cards for the SSC167 Sunday Stamps Color Challenge.  Could have done a little better by adding in some darker gray or red, but I liked the clean look of these.  I have really enjoyed working with the Tags and Trimmings Stamp Set and Trim Your Stockings dies from Stampin' Up! This is the color inspiration for this challenge.

I created this card for the Simon Says Stamp Card Challenge.  This is the first card I have created for any of the Simon Says Stamp Challenges.  I kept this one simple. I used the Simon Says Stamp "Christmas Sweater" background stamp.  I embossed it in white on to a very light blue cardstock (not sure which brand).  I cut two panels using SSS outside stitched rectangles.  I wrapped 1/2' white cotton ribbon (the Paper Studio) around the bottom 1/3" of the card, and then folded a tiny piece over that ribbon.  While I was making the card, the mail arrived, and I received my Stampin' Up! "Petals and more" thinlets, so I used the label included in that set.  The set was a gift from Janet Wakeland, and I am so thrilled!  The "Let It Snow" greeting is from an AliExpress Stamp set and the mitten stamp also came from AliExpress.  Both of these stamp sets were less than $3!  I stamped the mittens and then fussy cut those and adhered them to some b

I created this card from an old sketch, but I love the results!  I found this cute puppy as a free image on Pinterest, so I printed it and colored it with my TouchFive alcohol markers.  I layered patterned papers on white cardstock stock.  The ink I used was Tempting Turquoise from Stampin' Up!.  For the base layer, I brayered with Tempting Turquoise ink and then used an older Sizzix embossing folder with swirls and stars.  The circles are also brayered with Tempting Turquoise ink.  I plan to send this to my neice for her birthday.
