Stampin' Up! Celebrate the Season
This is my first blog post on this blog. I wasn't quite sure how to upload photos, but I figured it out. I love the colors and simplicity of this card. Stampin' Up! Tags and Trimmings stamp set is my favorite! I embossed the sentiment using Recollections "Cherry" embossing powder. The cardstock is Old Olive from Stampin' Up! and the red stripe paper is from The Paper Studio and can be purchased at Hobby Lobby. This deer die is unbranded, I purchased it from Ebay for $2.08. Its much larger than I realized ( 2.5' x 2.5'). I layered red paper behind the negative of the deer and I inked the edges with some Old Olive ink. I finished the card with some solid Basic Black Baker's twine and a red button.
